I transferred to Shannon from another provider. I wanted a natural water birth at home and because I had a previous C-section I had to find a midwife able to help me have a vbac. Shannon was an angel she agreed to work with us even though we were having a rough time financially. She was determined to help us get our vbac. I loved that Shannon was able to make home visits and she made our experience a great one. When it came to labor Shannon helped me stay relaxed and confident. Unfortunately there was a threat of rupture and I had to go to the hospital for a c section but I do not regret trying for a home birth and I loved every minute of my 14 hours at home.
